• And yet, both sides have difficulties to find together!
• This puts Luxembourg behind more dynamic economies, as start-ups fail to develop.

Why Capital raising is so difficult

• Start-ups tend to overestimate the potential of their project.
• Start-ups tend to lack awareness about investor expectations.
• Investors may feel that their time is wasted (and they are often right).
• Investors may speak to the wrong start-ups, and vice versa.

With our experience, contacts and skills, we want to help creating a competitive start-up fabric in Luxembourg.

We act as a quality matchmaker between  start-ups and investors.

1) Start-ups with serious business potential are invited to send us a summary of their project.

2) We analyse the proposals free of charge.

3) For the most promising projects, we will (i) identify pilot customers, (ii) bring the elevator pitch in line with investor expectations, (iii) present the project to investors with a natural fit and (iv) provide initial assistance with public grants and loans.

Do we work for free?

Only until stage 2 included. From stage 3 onwards, we will charge an upfront payment in cash, demonstrating that you are committed to us and to your project. We will also become entitled to shares in the project company once pre-agreed milestones creating real value will have been reached.
