Let's save everybody's time

We will only analyse projects that have a credible potential to generate revenues in excess of €100,000 in the first year of operations, and about €1,000,000 after five years.

 

Please send us a slide deck with the following structure

1) The problem that your project will address

2) Competitors in your field of business

3) What is your solution to the problem, and how to you expect to beat your competitors

4) What is your business model, and how will it create traction

5) Revenue forecasts over the next 3-5 years

6) How much have you raised so far, and where did the funds come from?

7) How much do you seek to raise, and what will the proceeds be used for?

 

What happens if we like your project

We will meet with you and explain our proposed way forward. If you like our approach and decide to move ahead with us, we will charge a symbolic upfront fee to cover part of our running costs. At the same time this reflects your commitment to the transaction, and to us.  In case of a successful closing, we will further be remunerated with a reasonable equity participation negotiated in a spirit of fairness at the beginning of our collaboration, together with specific rights, on the condition that pre-agreed milestones will have been met. The amount of the upfront remuneration, the milestones and the equity participation % will vary among the different projects.
