First,  Please make sure all of the following apply to you

• You are  certain that you understand the risks of a private equity early stage investment
• You can afford to lose 100% of your investment, and accept this as a possible outcome
• You have the resources and the understanding to carry out a thorough due diligence
• You have a real intention to invest if you find a good project
• Your money's origin is 100% ethical
• You are  a qualified investor in the sense of the applicable MiFiD legislation
• You acknowledge that our services do not have the character of a public offering
• You understand that we will earn a fee (in most cases in the form of an equity participation) to remunerate us for our work. In case we are paid in cash, it will be paid out of your contribution. In case we are paid in shares, it will dilute your equity investment.
